Our farm is an experimental regenerative operation rooted in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We focus on two main enterprises: a pasture-raised poultry operation and a growing partnership with Three Wishes Farm, a well-established local vegetable farm. Together, we are building a working landscape that both feeds people and restores the land.

Our pasture-raised poultry are rotated frequently across diverse pastures to regenerate soil, support biodiversity, and reduce disease pressure—all without synthetic inputs. By mimicking natural systems and using animal impact as a tool, we aim to grow healthier land alongside healthier food. Our vegetable production is supported through Three Wishes Farm, whose organic and no-till methods align with our commitment to soil health, biodiversity, and long-term ecological resilience.

But this farm is more than just a production site—it’s a living laboratory. Every method we implement is tested, monitored, and refined as part of a broader goal: to ground our ecological design services in real-world results. By collecting and analyzing on-the-ground ecological outcome data, we ensure that the strategies we recommend to clients are rooted in science, field-tested, and economically sound.
